Your use of this website including all services, tools and software (collectively "BananaDesk" or "BananaHostels") is subject to your irrevocable acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and Privacy Policy. You agree to use BananaHostels in accordance with and subject to these Terms. The Terms as set out hereunder constitute the entire agreement between you and SafeHostel LLC ("SafeHostel", "we", "us" or "our"). If you do not read or accept these Terms, do not use BananaHostels or this Web property. By accessing any part of BananaHostels, you consent to be bound by these Terms.
Your use of BananaHostels is subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. We reserve the right to update and change the Terms from time to time without notice or acceptance by you, so please check this page frequently for updates and changes. However, changes made to the Terms will not apply to you to the extent that (i) the changes concern matters that are the subject of an actual dispute between you and SafeHostel as of the date the changes take effect and (ii) SafeHostel has written notice of the dispute as of the date the changes take effect.
By making any use of BananaHostels, you signify your irrevocable acceptance of the Terms and Privacy Policy in effect at the time of your use. If you are an individual acting as a representative of a corporation or other legal entity which wishes to use BananaHostels, then you represent and agree that you have the authority to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy on behalf of such corporation or other legal entity and that all provisions of the Terms and Privacy Policy will bind that corporation or other legal entity as if it were named in the Terms and Privacy Policy in place of you.
BananaHostels is a booking service provided by SafeHostel LLC. We facilitate the processing and booking of accommodation and other travel services (the "travel services"). We do not provide, own or run any travel services ourselves and in particular we do not provide, own or run any accommodation. Any listings on this Website should not be taken as an endorsement or recommendation of any particular accommodation or services by us.
We act as agent for the travel services provider. When you make a booking on this website, your contract for travel services (including accommodation) is with the travel services provider, not our website. It is the provider's responsibility to provide the services. We are not responsible for the fulfillment or quality of any booking or accommodation.
We collect the deposit on behalf of the travel services provider. The deposit is deducted from the total charge and the balance is paid directly to the provider on arrival.
Cancellations
You may cancel any booking provided that you give:
- 5 days notice for a full refund
- At least 48 hours notice prior to scheduled arrival
Time-based calculations are based on the travel provider's local time at 12pm.
Cancellation timeframes:
- Cancel at least 5 days before arrival: full refund.
- Cancel within 5 days and more than 48 hours before arrival: no refund, no no-show fee.
- Cancel within 48 hours of arrival: no refund and charged a no-show fee.
No-shows
If you do not cancel with 48 hours' notice, the provider may charge your credit card for the first night's stay.
Problems with Accommodation
Contact the travel services provider for accommodation problems. For booking issues, contact support@bananadesk.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use BananaHostels. If acting on behalf of a legal entity, you must be authorized to bind it to these Terms.
Changes to the Terms
We may modify the Terms. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
Registration, Account Information and Account Access
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for your account security and must notify us of unauthorized use. We may close accounts at any time.
Content and Content Licenses
You retain ownership of content you post but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as part of BananaHostels. We may remove content at our discretion. You are responsible for all content you publish and any related liabilities.
You may be exposed to offensive content. We are not liable for such exposure. We may preserve or disclose content as required by law.
Interstate and International Use
Your communications may involve interstate or international data transmission. BananaHostels is hosted in the US and governed by US law.
Advertising and Advertisers
We may include advertisements. Any dealings with advertisers are solely between you and them.

We are not responsible for external sites linked from BananaHostels.
Confidential Information and Proprietary Rights
All site materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse or redistribute them without permission.

Warranties, Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
BananaHostels and its content are provided as-is, without warranties. We disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $100.
Resolution of Disputes
Disputes are governed by Florida law and may be resolved through arbitration. Claims must be filed within 30 days.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SafeHostel and its affiliates against claims arising from your use or violation of these Terms
United States Government Restricted Rights
BananaHostels is licensed as a Commercial Item under federal regulation.
Unauthorized Access
We reserve the right to prevent unauthorized use through legal and technical measures.
Investigations
We may investigate violations and share information under our Privacy Policy.
Feedback
Feedback submitted grants us a perpetual right to use it without obligation.
Miscellaneous
- No agency relationship is created.
- Notices may be provided via email or posting.
- These Terms supersede all prior agreements.
- No waiver without explicit action.
- Invalid clauses do not affect the rest.
- Assignment is restricted.
- Titles are for convenience.
