On November 6, 7 and 8, Segundo Congreso Internacional de Hostels was held in San Rafael (Argentina).

Segundo Congreso Internacional de Hostels, organised by Asociación Civil y Federal Hostels de Argentina, continues to consolidate as a space to meet, exchange experiences, and consolidate a network for the #HostelCommunity.
More than 150 hostel owners, managers and workers from all over the country, as well as from Chile and Uruguay, met in Bariloche for Primer Congreso Internacional de Hostels, where several working and discussion sessions were held on various topics of great interest to the sector: Hostel management, rates and competitiveness, sustainability and environmental issues, technological development, and association and cooperation.
With this event as a precedent, the next meeting took place on Wednesday 6th, Thursday 7th and Friday 8th November 2024 in the city of San Rafael (Mendoza, Argentina).
Activities
On Wednesday 6th, the opening of the Conference took place at the Chaglasian Wine & Suites, where members of the Association welcomed the hosteliers present.
On Thursday 7th, at the Centro de Centro de Congresos y Exposiciones Alfredo Bufano a series of lectures were held on financial management, experience design, marketing strategies, and creativity and innovation.
Finally, on Friday the 8th, group discussions were held at Los Reyunos.
