We changed the place to find the Settings link. From now, it'll be in the main navigation. Only one click away

To facilitate the modifications, we decided to place the link to access the Settings in the main navigation, one click away.
This decision also responds to the mobile adaptation we are promoting, so that you can use BananaDesk from your phone.
